We specialize in installing flat roofs with EPDM and Resitrix.
We also provide the necessary insulation package.
A flat roof is modern and looks sleek, it can be perfectly used to install solar panels or other installations that are not visible from the ground.
EPDM
Fully glued system: we glue the entire surface of the roof. Ballast system: we place rolled river gravel on the roof.

Resitrix
Resitrix is a combination of a bitumen substrate and an EPDM top layer. This is mainly used when renovating an existing roof and in certain other exceptional cases.
This has the advantages:
Long service life of at least 50 years
Is placed with a hot air hair dryer (600 degrees)
Extremely flexible material
Reinforced EPDM
